The open standard

The Capsule Protocol

A sealed, verifiable record of what an AI agent actually did, so a regulator can confirm years later that nothing was changed. Open source under Apache-2.0, with reference implementations in Python and TypeScript and a public conformance suite. Filed as a public comment in March 2026 in response to NIST's request for information on securing AI agents.
